Great company overall, with amazing training, onboarding and support. HT MSE which is predominantly new college grads, really struggles in the new economy given the high ticket price and long term ambiguity of Gartners ROI. The compensation package is compared to others, and job promotions are typically only reserved for those who hit winners circle (club).

In total it's a very solid company in Germany, workers council included. But outperforming income can be found elsewhere.
