Former Employee1.9Jul 17, 2024Great learning experience, cult like, and overall just selling a $100000 refined google search. Leadership is chummy but will push you out if you make more than what they want to pay a fresh college grad. If you have experience, it’s not a good place to work.

Former Employee2.7Nov 11, 2024What started out as a great fit and culture turned into a culture based on fear and pushing highest performers (thus highest comp) out. Leadership is largely out of touch with ICs and that shows in things like 1:1s, region meetings, etc.
