Don't like the company. The fact that they pay different salaries for people speaking different languages should be illegal.

Commision structure is not a true commission, it is more of a "bonus" which is only paid out on 100%+ quota attainment. So even if you hit 99% of the plan, you get nothing above your base, which is sad.
