Good company overall. Many different segments and teams. Video security (Avigilon) is a solid product. Comp plan isn’t great. Great benefits, okay culture. Training could be better. Leadership are dashboard/SF managers and don’t provide much actionable value only thing that matters is forecasts that go up the chain. Motorola is lagging behind the cloud-native CCTV market. They mostly copy Verkada when it comes to new products / features. The UK market is still an on-prem driven physical security market, and Motorola doesn't do much to push cloud-based products to end users and partners.
