Motorola is lagging behind the cloud-native CCTV market. They mostly copy Verkada when it comes to new products / features. The UK market is still an on-prem driven physical security market, and Motorola doesn't do much to push cloud-based products to end users and partners.

My overall experience has been okay. It’s a great company culture, but the company is really slow to pay sales people. The sales incentive plan doesn’t motivate you to close business Internationally.
