My overall experience has been okay. It’s a great company culture, but the company is really slow to pay sales people. The sales incentive plan doesn’t motivate you to close business Internationally.

Constantly increasing sales quotas. Half of our pay is out of our control. Quotas for the year are not released until Feb/March most of the time. High pressure.
