Leadership is accessible, but it relies a lot on the internal connections to make things done. Approval levels are multiple and take many days. Endless sales reporting which need to be done by sales managers themselves. No common dashboards from the sales effectiveness team to automate efforts, a lot of repetitive work to report to leadership with is time consuming....Read More
