Leadership is accessible, but it relies a lot on the internal connections to make things done. Approval levels are multiple and take many days. Endless sales reporting which need to be done by sales managers themselves. No common dashboards from the sales effectiveness team to automate efforts, a lot of repetitive work to report to leadership with is time consuming. Very limited investment on marketing and sales tools

Infosys is a good company. However, there are not sales bonuses on normal conditions. Just exceptional deals are rewarded with compensations.
