The quota attainment is probably average/above average, but your success depends on your book of business and your manager to hit winners circle. Obviously the territory you're given will play a significant role in the success you have, but that's every company to a certain extent. Do your due diligence on the territory before accepting a role and if it's halfway solid then you have no one but yourself to blame if you don't succeed. Leadership here is terrific...Read More
