Experience dictated entirely by the leadership you were attached to. Difficult for Americans to break into the culture. Had lots of opportunities though, lots of interesting niches (channel sales, Designit, Topcoder) if you can stick it out for a couple years.

It’s a completely do it yourself sales culture… the organization does not have any structure or leadership to support you. Overall experience was positive as myself and the team I was part of had a pretty tremendous year. Unfortunately the leadership that brought me in was slowly removed from power and ultimately the most of the organization I was a part of took packages, left, or were let go.
