My overall experience at Persistent was great! I transitioned from delivery to pre-sales supporting sales team win deals. Had to often juggle between sales and delivery roles to handle customer escalations. The management and leadership teams are supportive. Just like any organization, you need to work on cultivating allyship within your delivery and sales org.

Super lean outfit, not much support. Management think they can buy big deals by hiring at below market rate.
