My overall experience was good. I was in a Client Partner position working on established accounts. The culture was not strong and it is a typical Indian IT consulting firm with limited diversity.

My overall experience at Persistent was great! I transitioned from delivery to pre-sales supporting sales team win deals. Had to often juggle between sales and delivery roles to handle customer escalations. The management and leadership teams are supportive. Just like any organization, you need to work on cultivating allyship within your delivery and sales org.
