This truly is a phenomenal company to work for. Obviously the territory you're given will play a significant role in the success you have, but that's every company to a certain extent. Do your due diligence on the territory before accepting a role and if it's halfway solid then you have no one but yourself to blame if you don't succeed. Leadership here is terrific too.

Gartner is an excellent company with a great sales culture. Any employee is likely to develop life long relationships with colleagues, regardless of how long they stay.

Great culture and leadership, but the pay is significantly lower than other companies in the SaaS industry, because Gartner doesn't see itself in that space nor competing for talent in the same space.
