But when you crack the code at Gartner, and you learn how to sell what we sell, it's a great place to be and you can make a great living.

Former Employee3.0Dec 17, 2024My overall experience was great at the beginning. Turnonver in leadership, continual promotion of great ICs that had 0 leadership skills, and a culture based on fear of PIP took over and it's been on a downturn ever since.
