However, the compensation models are not great considering the ARR quotas that increase as each quarter comes to a close. The morale of sales reps steadily decreases due to an unstable structure and poor people management skills from immediate reporting managers. As an account manager handling existing accounts and the key priority being relationship management, it has become quite hard to focus on the KPI's with ever changing accounts in less than 6 months leaving customers dissatisfied and potentially losing further expansion opportunities and overall LTR.
