We have the best product, but it can be difficult to convince an org they need to change. Pushback comes from the time and resources to deploy and train. It always comes down to talent, territory, and unfortunately TIMING for your patch.

'Amateur hour' at best, comp plans were reduced, terrible stock options, and like others have said, its the 'luck of the draw' based on which accounts are chosen for you. Wish I would've left sooner.
