Good company, great benefits, profit sharing, stock options, savings fund, medical, vision and dental insurance. Local culture and leadership in Mexico is the worst I've seen. No support and tons of micromanagement.

Negative experience, post IPO, VP's hired friends with no business in sales, let alone software sales of this caliber. 'Amateur hour' at best, comp plans were reduced, terrible stock options, and like others have said, its the 'luck of the draw' based on which accounts are chosen for you. Wish I would've left sooner. Lots of good and lots of growing (Which can be bad) Worst of the worst is 6 month incentive plans. Best performers will get capped. New mgmt won't be everyone's favorite, but they're coming in with a clear plan to scale the business to hit significant revenue growth.
