SDR organization needs work, evaluate carefully but if you need a first job not a bad one to have. Work life balance is great and good place to get your foot in the industry.

'Amateur hour' at best, comp plans were reduced, terrible stock options, and like others have said, its the 'luck of the draw' based on which accounts are chosen for you. Wish I would've left sooner.
