Dynatrace is great if you're working with Fortune 100 companies. Anything outside and you hit an extremely competitive market for every single piece of the product. Dynatrace is meant for large Enterprise primarily anything else will be an uphill battle. Great if you're looking for an extremely competitive and challenging sales role and market.

Excellent product, very relevant and well positioned against its competitors. Operationally the organization struggles, fast growth has outpaced the operations, rules, policies.

Great company, competitive salaries, great vision, great market position, undervalued stock, great employees. Marketing lags compared to competition. Training and professional development practically non-existent for sales. Vertical and horizontal mobility possible, but out of full self-proactivity and goodwill, not systematic.
