My overall experience was very positive. Was top performer overcast 5 years, but was rewarded with layoff. Market shifted last year and made things significantly tougher, but still managed to hit and exceed quotas in most reporting periods. Direct leadership environment is VERY important to me and I was fortunate to have amazing men and women in place to support and encourage with a loose rein.
