I have a lot of flexibility with being fully remote. I have a lot of leads inbound and outbound. My manager and leadership is very helpful and understanding. However, Dell is moving to a hybrid schedule and pushing into office 3 times a week.

Dell is a sinking ship. They have constant layoffs and most of the sales rep never hit quota. And forget about promotions.
