Former Employee My overall experience with Dell was a rollercoaster. It started great when I was fresh out of college. I have a natural knack for sales so I was closing deals very quickly. However, after about 6 months, the internal org changes began to happen. Upper leadership, as directed by the executives and the board, began changing nearly every aspect of the business to not have to pay the employees. There was a 30% salary reduction for the account manager role and that paired with the full time RTO and still massive quotas for someone of my tenure, drove me out the door. I'd recommend a lot of places before Dell if you are looking for fair compensation and a good culture
