Datadog as a whole is a great company. They invest in the product like no other company I have ever seen. From a rep perspective, it is very hard to hit your number with territories shrinking by the quarter.

Great company and amazing culture and people. Incredible product that gives lot of possibility to improve sales-skills due to its complexity and long sales-cycles. The company could be a bit more transparent with their leadership promises (especially when it comes to them talking about going to adapt salaries to the market standards).
