pros - extensive sales training - great product cons -unachievable quota for 90% of reps -low base salary -bad management In my experience, the commercial sales managers have no idea what they're doing. Just taking blind direction from the director and constantly contradicting earlier established expectations/best practices. They underpay on base pay by promoting SDR's that don't know any better. 0 commitment from leadership to long term career goals of employees. The commercial org is a revolving door by design.

Great product and commission structure, but base is moderate, and success is largely dependent on your manager and territory you inherit. Alot of very saturated accounts. Intense leadership and hard nose culture, but overall a great place to learn and earn. Top tier SAAS company.
