In my experience, the commercial sales managers have no idea what they're doing. Just taking blind direction from the director and constantly contradicting earlier established expectations/best practices. They underpay on base pay by promoting SDR's that don't know any better. 0 commitment from leadership to long term career goals of employees. The commercial org is a revolving door by design.
