You will spend 99% of your week prospecting while getting almost nothing from inbound/bdr channels. If something does come inbound, it'll be allocated based on your 25 year old managers favorite rep that's never had another job in their life and got promoted based on how many boots they licked and how much koolaid they drank. You’ll spend your time chasing $500 deals and if you do manage to land a big deal, you’ll be a paid a fraction of it and paid the rest contingent on hitting your next 2 Qs goal - which will not happen. On a team of 40, we had one rep hit their yearly goal yet the company continues to beat and raise every Q on Wallstreet - this is on purpose. You'll be micromanaged on every single metric - if you can create a dashboard on it in Salesforce, you'll be tracked on it. 5% of the entire organization hits their number QoQ. At least you'll be able to see the VP of Sales walk around the floor doing absolutely nothing of substance besides making fun of reps. Browse Other Reviews
