Former Employee3.4Jun 2, 2024I tried so hard to like it here. I know it’s great to have on your resume, and datadog is a leader in the observability space. But the lack of true leadership in Denver ruined it for me. Great people on a personal level, but most mid-level managers have no business being in their position. And the VP of sales is even worse.

Current Employee3.4Apr 18, 2024Great product market fit. Complex products (sit tight!) with a longer ramp period. New VP level management is changing the work culture and making it harder and more processed. Not much flexibility around internal mobility and work from home. CS role is very sales driven (minus the sales payouts and … corporate cards when visiting customers)
