My overall experience was not great. Working at Datadog, you live and die "for the business". Beyond micromanaged under horrific leadership. An intense amount of favoritism is bleeding throughout the sales organization. Tons of nasty attitudes. I could not recommend working for Datadog any less. The worst experience I have ever had in a sales role.

Great company overall. Territories are shrinking at all levels. Really hard to hit quota across the board.

Great company and product fit. Base pay is significantly under what the market average is (at least for me). No inbound what so ever. You must call/prospect on your own to generate business.
