However, in commercial specifically there is a ton of luck involved and quota metrics are unrealistic (unless you're a rep that gets lucky with an amazing account list or working on the West team).
They also judge harshly on monthly quota which isn't great. You can definitely be successful here if you get lucky with your patch, and make a ton of cold calls but if you get a bad account list it'll be tough no matter the effort put in. Tons of reps and not enough accounts to go around.
I recommend working in commercial here if you're a young rep still trying to figure out basics of selling or take it to the next level, to get really good training. If you are already experienced and feel like you know how to sell pretty well I'd probably consider a different company. Browse Other Reviews
