Really strong enterprise software. They overscaled the Corporate team (SMB) and have too many reps hunting the same accounts. Great fit when the company is multi-location, pushing to go public. A lot more than what many companies in the Corporate space are open to investing in, implementation was often 1.25-1.5X year one ACV making the sale very value driven.

No software company is perfect, but Coupa is by far the best opportunity I’ve had in my entire selling career to work hard and see results.
