While with OneStream organizations can achieve great results, it is a premium solution and priced as such. New initiatives such as CPM Express for faster implementation times will help drive expansion with companies seeking fast time-to-value.

OneStream's top level leadership, product and success plan are amazing and top notch. The SDR/BDR leadership is not commensurately capable. Most do not understand the day-to-day specifics of what leads to success for the team.

My overall experience was horrible, received a B+ on my 90 day review but a Sales Director wanted to step down and be an AE because she could not do her Director job, there was no open req, since I am new to the org, I got pushed out to make room for her. Unprofessional!
