When I started with Coupa, the company was a public company with lots of opportunity to grow and develop, and seemed to reward employees better. Since the company has been taken private, while we are still the market leader, opportunities for progression are limited. Overall, not a bad company.

Very difficult selling environment. The majority of reps don’t sell anything for 1.5 - 2 years. Maybe 1 in 5 hit quota, but it’s not like the rest are 70-80% of plan. Solid product. Hard to get prioritized.
