My overall experience has been good the people are great and care about you personally the no prospecting and one call close are amazing depending on your preferences.

Was usually looked down upon to go the extra mile and set up campaigns with your prospects. This usually resulted in higher spend and conversion rate, but management just wanted you on the phone smiling and dialing.

This company lacks effective leadership at nearly every level. Harddddcore sales role with micromanagement like you wouldn't believe. They recently changed their sales structure to a pooling system instead of a "work-you-own-leads" system.
