Back to ReviewsFormer Employee I have about 9 years in SaaS sales working in similar organizations. Never have I been a part of a more toxic, more one-sided, for as little money. The leadership team is focused solely on squeezing reps and managers to the absolute maximum. If I had a rep who was out sick for legit reasons, the expectation was that I found a way to get that rep to work at least a half day.. even in circumstances when that person lost a pet or a friend died. Targets do not account for this or for PTO. It's a toxic bro-culture through and through. I could write pages of examples of truly shameful behavior that takes place in this organization. Steer clear if you can. The sales methodology that is taught here is laughable and merely relies on your willingness to implement a hard-selling approach. This obviously doesn't work well for many people which is why turnover here is off the charts. I would rather work for free than work at constant contact. Browse Other Reviews
