Great company to work for with great opportunities. No company is perfect but constant contact really does try to do right by their employees.

Was usually looked down upon to go the extra mile and set up campaigns with your prospects. This usually resulted in higher spend and conversion rate, but management just wanted you on the phone smiling and dialing.

This company lacks effective leadership at nearly every level. The sales reps currently work extremely hard and do their best, but the compensation is not equitable to the effort and the lack of effective forecasting and target setting makes their jobs much harder.
