They would hire 10 reps with the expectation that only 1 or 2 would make it. There was a lot of substance abuse both in the workplace and out. People would vape at their desks-- including management. There was very little professional development after the initial 1 week training.

Company is a scam. high turnover rate in just a few weeks. Highly don’t recommend the mde role to anyone.
