Bar a few months where barely any reps hit target, they did a good job of setting realistic goals for BDRs. Upward mobility is lacking and management is not transparent enough, but there is an okay amount of inbound flow. Base pay is lower than it should be as well, and marketing's idea of an ICP rarely aligns with the leads they market to You often had to fit a square peg in a round hole to sell.

Great company to work for with great opportunities. No company is perfect but constant contact really does try to do right by their employees.
