It is run by a CEO that does not care about sales, has called us order takers and only cares about the bottomline. It has become a revolving door and the culture is horrible and with its lack of structure has created a competitiveness that isn't healthy.

Overall if you’re experienced in running sales cycles, independent, self sufficient, a self learner (from a tech perspective), you will thrive! If you need a lot of help or hand holding from management, this is not the place for you.
