BEWARE ZERO % sales culture but 100% fear based culture. Many hope to make unrealistic goals but very few do.

One of the best cultures in individual teams, especially individuals with tenure above 2 years. Since the management change a bit rough on the VP/C-level. Salary was never supposed to be top-notch, but got better over the years for new hires - not for existing staff, though.

Team culture was pretty great as the team just started to grow in APAC region. There was plenty of space for BDRs to source their pipeline.
