Cloudflare has a great product with a lot of support from the users that are on the platform. This was a result of their PAYGO offerings, but unfortunately comes at the expense in Mid-Market trying to get prospects to commit to enterprise plans. Good luck to whoever ends up stuck selling to customers below 1000 employees.

Product is best in class. Sales however org is a mess. Decline morale and direction makes selling difficult and painful. Leadership is aware of the challenges but little gets done in improving the morale of the sales org.
