Product is best in class. Sales however org is a mess. Decline morale and direction makes selling difficult and painful. Leadership is aware of the challenges but little gets done in improving the morale of the sales org.

Experience is great here, pay in my opinion is very competitive. They also push to train sales people and hire quality people. As usual though the organisation does make sales do what marketing must do sometimes etc. Also far too worried about diversity and 'inclusion' to the point of pushing an agenda and reverse sexism. You have to work very hard but the rewards are there. You also have to be very strong at qualifying where the company can win and if the customer is a good fit with their use case. The product set is vast and you can waste time with the wrong product set for a particular vertical.
