Great product and following in growth footsteps of US. Growing pains as Cloudflare Canada is new, however top performers are very well compensated. Will be incredible place to be a year from now. Really glad I made the choice to come here.

So far the BDR role seems to avoid a lot of the drama coming from the overall sales org. Enterprise is pretty slow moving, but that's where a lot of focus is from the top, so there's more pressure there to hit quota. Downsides: base pay and overall comp structure is kinda crap.
