Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee So far the BDR role seems to avoid a lot of the drama coming from the overall sales org. Enterprise is pretty slow moving, but that's where a lot of focus is from the top, so there's more pressure there to hit quota.
Downsides: base pay and overall comp structure is kinda crap. Base is lower than other BDR roles, while commission on top is more in line.
Upsides: People have at least heard of your company, so there's quite a bit generated interest from marketing that makes parts of the job easier to do. Browse Other Reviews
