If you apart of a large deal closure Celonis will not pay out. They will lie to you and make you pay back commissions. This organization is not sales friendly the SE’s put sales in the passenger seat. Avoid drinking the koolaid from recruiters. Enron had more integrity.

Difficult for sales to learn so many personas and all their problems. The need is not there already and it is not easy to create. The few that hit target has the manufacturing/cpg/process driven organisations who has the need for the product or have been lucky that a partner has resold it in the their territory.
