Excellent product, demo's very well, but market fit and timing seem very early. Prospects asking themselves 'who is going to use this and do this', and the answers are not clear. Also, culture internally is terrible. Leadership should be wiped clean and an experienced growth CEO put in place to address culture among other things.

Great technology, but incredibly difficult for new reps to get into a sales cycle. All outbound and prospecting sales motions with no results. The value is so incredibly complex, no one wants to talk with you. So many reps hired quit in a short amount of time.

Celonis is an amazing product/technology, although a complex sale cycle…but the executive leadership is so atrocious I fear we will never achieve our potential. Sales rep retention is the worst I have ever seen - big job, long hours, hard work….smallest paycheck I’ve ever had in my outbound sales career and my experience is not unique
