Still a growing company. Trying to figure out exactly what they want to be. A lot of leadership turnover. Product is great but sales have not been where they'd like to be.

there is almost zero lead flow. there is little deal flow. very few people on the us team have a shot of hitting their number.

Over the last 2 years, partner management at Celonis went through a lot of changes in strategy and leadership. Decisions behind the changes have not been transparently communicated, incentive compensation structure does not make sense as strategy constantly changes, targets are very ambitious. The product and the people are amazing though.
