My overall experience was terrible. Not a company you want to sell for. Good product, but execution and go to market. They have industry teams with no industry use cases. Long deal cycles for a small amount of revenue. Horrible culture and leadership. Turn and burn environment.

Celonis is NOT a sales culture, very few make it and they laid of several that did make it. Sr Leadership micromanages and has no respect for the sales team

Product is powerful but difficult to sell and not as sticky as traditional IT tech (e.g., salesforce). Requires constant selling even after selling it - the comp plan doesn't reflect this non-stickiness
