Over the last 2 years, partner management at Celonis went through a lot of changes in strategy and leadership. Decisions behind the changes have not been transparently communicated, incentive compensation structure does not make sense as strategy constantly changes, targets are very ambitious. The product and the people are amazing though.

Pros: -Great product that demos well and resonates with customers and prospects -Smart industry verticals -Good base/RSU Cons: -VERY very few reps hitting quota/comp goals -Limited view of opportunities for promotion -Inbound channel yields nothing

Celonis is NOT a sales culture, very few make it and they laid of several that did make it. Sr Leadership micromanages and has no respect for the sales team
