Box has a tremendous company culture and core values that they truly believe in, not just lip service. I personally experienced how a company, under the right leadership, can care about the personal well-being of an employee during a challenging personal crisis.

Ok, 1st line managers are a bit rough, for some reason hired from outside Box so they struggle physically selling Box, but are ok in terms of management
