Box has a tremendous company culture and core values that they truly believe in, not just lip service. I personally experienced how a company, under the right leadership, can care about the personal well-being of an employee during a challenging personal crisis.

Nothing additional to add at this time - great company and great leadership, but demand gen is very very low.
