Box has a great company culture. The ESPP program is fantastic. Nobody hits quota (like 10%), and the product market fit is so so.

Overall has been a great place to work. Culture is a strong point, product fit is a bit of a weaker one. The product is good, but a lot of companies see it as only a way to send files and folders. I’d recommend Box.
