Great culture but it's very difficult to break into new accounts as Microsoft is the largest competitor with a similar, but not nearly as good, content solution for "free".

Comp plan changed to a lower percentage until a rep hits 50%. Most reps barely hit 50% attainment.

Box is first-class all the way. Leadership is relatable and diverse. Their move into AI-assisted workflow optimization is extremely promising for years of reinvigorated growth.
