Fantastic company that really takes care of you. Recently it’s been a struggle to hit quotas and lead flow hasn’t been great for years. Uneven distribution of leads / territories

Box has a tremendous company culture and core values that they truly believe in, not just lip service. I personally experienced how a company, under the right leadership, can care about the personal well-being of an employee during a challenging personal crisis.

The culture is great and the company is driving huge innovation that will impact things in a year or two for the better. Almost all of the new revenue comes from existing customers so your territory is a huge factor in your success.
